Exercise
Lately, due to daylight saving, I have had the opportunity to go for some good length walks to get some exercise.
Due to Shaggy lending me his old 128MB mp3 player and a bit of free time, I have been able to go for at least 3 walks each week varying from 1-2 hours in duration.
I have felt heaps better for it and I think it is having a good effect on my physique (well maybe...). It doesnt cost anything to do (well probably $1.50 worth of batteries), and I get to explore my neighbourhood, walk along the beach, and generally chill after work.
It has been very beneficial and I am thankful to God for getting my butt in gear and getting out there!
Lets see if I can keep it up.
